📜 Zhak’orr Glossary :

Zhak’orr (Orcish: “the pull”) — A magical-biological resonance sensed as an instinctive draw or compatibility signal between individuals. Not fate or a destined bond, but a hint of potential alignment — emotional, sexual, and romantic. Among orcs, it’s viewed as a biological instinct tied to survival and partnership; can be ignored. Orcs don’t believe in fate, they believe in choice. Elves and dwarves recognize similar phenomena under different names.

Old World — Where the Magicals came from, two centuries back. They brought scraps of their dying magic with them, and that was the first time humans ever saw power like that. Before then, the world was clean — ordinary.

Karnazh – the orcish “hearth-unit” — a family bound through Praca’thar rituals, centered around a wife. A husband became part of wife’s family, not the other way around.

Shur’eth – literally “morning of unity.” The second phase of Praca’thar, sealing the bond between wife and husband through vows, shared sustenance, and clan recognition.

Vash’turrah (vɑʃˈtuːrə) – Contextual: My wife. My chosen. The one who lit my hearth.
